Senator Stollings moved to amend the bill on page three, section twelve, line thirty-nine, after the word “amended” by changing the period to a colon and adding the following proviso: Provided, That prior to issuing the order, the county commission shall publish the ordinance which would be enacted should the referendum succeed as a Class II legal advertisement in compliance with the provisions of §59-3-1 et seq. of this code, and the publication area for such publication shall be the county in which the county fire board is located.
